Adoption. Present Article X was adopted (without article number) November 8, 1966, 1965 P.L.1909, J.R.3, and the article number was supplied by proclamation of the Governor of July 7, 1967, P.L.1063.
Prior Provisions. Former Article X (Education) was repealed and former sections 1 and 2 were transferred to sections 14 and 15, respectively, of Article III (Legislation) by amendment of May 16, 1967, P.L.1037, J.R.3. The subject matter of present Article X was formerly contained in Article XVI which was repealed by amendment of November 8, 1966, 1965 P.L.1909, J.R.3.
