Notation
Enactment. Chapter 2 was added May 4, 2006, P.L.112, No.34, effective in 120 days and May 4, 2006, P.L.148, No.35, effective in 120 days.
Applicability. Section 3(a) of Act 35 of 2006 provided that Act 35 shall apply to the exercise of the power of eminent domain on or after the effective date of section 3.
